EPIC Automation approaches each project from a design/build standpoint which naturally allows for the proper amount of time to be dedicated to understanding specifications. With EPIC, the procurement process begins before engineering services are finalized.
Scope items are ordered immediately after award of the project. In the case of long lead items, this proactive approach can eliminate weeks or months from the typical project execution schedule.
What Makes EPIC Automation Unique?
We maintain strong vendor relationships, but don't use approved vendors. Truly competitive bids are solicited for each new circumstance and all RFQ’s are done anonymously in order to secure the best pricing. We also match subcontractor size with project size. Large contractors tend to throw numbers at small projects unless there is a tactical reason to win the project. EPIC Automation is proud to strategically partner with moderately sized contractors that consider all projects key.
